Whenever people ask me how I stay on track with healthy eating, or eat the same meals for a week straight, I tell them SEASONING. Flavor can really make or break your meals, and chicken breast can really be transformed with the right spices.
Flavor God is my HANDS DOWN favorite seasonings out there. They are chemical and filler free, and are generally low in sodium (their no salt option is AMAZE). I have tried so many different seasonings on my health and fitness journey, and these take the cake… did I mention they have a chocolate cake seasoning that clocks in at ZERO calories?
My favorite seasoning has to be “Garlic Lover’s” because who doesn’t like garlic? But other favorites include: Taco Tuesday, Jamaican Jerk, Garlic Herb & Himalayan Salt, Everything, Lemon and Garlic and Chocolate Donut.
