Well getting sick got the best of me! I have been totally MIA lately due to lack of voice, and feeling generally awful. I feel a lot better today, but I’m still basically voiceless. This spiralizer is a MUST-HAVE kitchen gadget… in my opinion… and something I personally use nearly weekly. I bought it on Amazon about a year back, and use it to make one of my FAVORITE dishes (you can find the recipe here), Ground Turkey Stuffed Bell Peppers. I’ve also used it to make cucumber salads, fresh spring rolls, and zucchini chips (I HAVE to do a post about these because they are snack attack GAME CHANGER!).
